CVs Effective and Efficient Short-listing of Candidates The Selection Process – focusing on effective interviewing Post Selection / Pre-Appointment – including reference checks, administration, contracts etc. StaffRetention – sources of attrition, importance of retaining good staff, Practical steps to minimise turnover, individual assessments/action plans. NB - Plus optional ½ day individual mentoring to focus on specific areas.
