Our Outplacement Service is tailored and provided to companies (who are faced with imminent redundancies OR completing workplacement schemes) and wish to assist their employees in finding suitable alternative employment.  This may be delivered as a package to the company to the group of employees.

Range of Services:

  • Career Path Finder Profiling - to assess and highlight your most and least preferred areas of work, required behaviour and skills and associated relevant jobs.     You will be asked to complete a questionnaire from which a profile will be prepared and discussed with you to guide you in the right career direction.  We will also explain how ability tests are used in conjunction with personality questionnaires and why employers use these as part of selection processes.

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) Design/Re-Design - Your personal CV is your unique selling tool when applying for jobs. It is vital that it represents you positively attracting the attention and interest of prospective employers to call you for interview. A poorly written/laid out CV will certainly hinder your chances of being called for that all important interview. We can help you prepare your first CV or redesign and enhance your existing one (Top Ten Tips for a Smart CV)

  • Application Forms - we offer assistance in completing application forms and what to expect

  • Application/Cover Letters - all applications (either in CV format or application forms) should be accompanied with a covering letter.   • Interviewing Skills - we address in depth 3 key areas to maximise successful performance at interviews:

    • Preparation - is a prerequisite of optimum performance on the interview day. We will cover critical areas which need to be addressed including Research on organisation, dress, travel, anticipating interview questions, what to expect/not to expect, interview styles, in-depth knowledge of your own background and many more.
    • Actual Performance - all the preparation possible will not be utilised if you cannot on the day, deliver to the best of your ability. We help in controlling nerves, answering anticipated interview questions, questions to ask, do's and don'ts etc.
    • After the Interview - What/when expected outcome. Obtaining feedback.
  • Coaching/Counselling - on a one to one basis on all areas in relation to securing new employment.
     
    Job Sourcing - we are also a recruitment consultancy we work with a number of clients in diverse industry sectors and will be able to source suitable job opportunities.
