Should you be called for interview with any of our clients it may be arranged by one or all of the following means:

• Telephone Interview - generally conducted first to gauge suitability for the next stage of the selection process
• Face to Face Interview - clients may request to interview candidate(s) in person before any decision to hire is made. This may involve the candidate(s) traveling to Ireland or the client traveling overseas, where appropriate. Our client(s) will typically travel overseas if there are a number of interviews to be conducted but this is determined on a project by project basis.
• Video Conference Interview - are often organised by clients for overseas candidates where the candidate or employer cannot arrange interview in person but helps assess suitability.
