INTERIM HR MANAGEMENT:


At anoisHR we specialise in providing short to medium term solutions in the area of Human Resources Management.  For example to cover leave of absence, including Maternity leave, or during the recruitment process of a new full time HR Manager or HR Generalist.   This ensures that all aspects of the HR function are adequately and professionally covered during this period without having to spend excessive time trying to source suitably experienced professionals.  We also work on interim assignments where our clients have specific projects they wish to manage but do not have the resources or perhaps expertise to do so internally - this can range from managing a specific recruitment campaign to implementing a new HR system to conducting a staff satisfaction survey and indeed much more.
