You will be responsible for:

• Managing a small team of 6 staff.
• Motivation and Training of all staff to ensure quality of service is upheld at all times.
• Review and continuously improve existing practices to ensure targets and deadlines are met and exceeded.
• Responsible for overseeing existing clients and further business development.

SKILLS CRITERIA:

• Experienced Manager - ie 4 years experience in similar role
• Experienced Sales Executive with proven track record of success in similar role.
• Sound technical knowledge - ie both personal and commercial lines of insurance.
• Excellent Communicator and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic planner and results orientated.
• Seeking new and exciting challenge within a growing and well established organisation.
