• Job Descriptions -preparation of appropriate Job Descriptions for new or redesigned jobs (optional)
• Person Specifications / Competency selection framework - in partnership with client company identify key traits, skills and behaviours required of the potential job holder to ensure successful performance on the job.

Recruitment and Strategy Management

• Advertising - we can prepare job adverts (subject to approval by client company) and advertise on agreed sources to attract a choice pool of potentially suitable high calibre candidates. All applications will be sent directly to anoisHR for screening.

Selection Process Management

• Candidate Initial Screening - we will screen all candidates as per profile(s) agreed and forward short list to client company, with candidate(s) relevant information for review for next stage suitability.
• Competency Based interviews - we will arrange and manage the logistics of client/candidate interviews, as appropriate.
• Psychometric Testing - Ability testing and Occupational Personality Questionnaires, as required.

Documentation Collation and Vetting Process Management

• Qualifications Authentication / Accreditation
• References
• Proof of Identification
• Work Permits / Working Visas / Work Authorisations, as applicable
• Co-ordinating Medicals
• Candidate Correspondence – i.e. offer(s), regret(s) etc.
• Contracts of Employment
• Other policies and procedures including Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures which must be given to all new staff.
  

Candidate Relocation and Support

• Relocation Management - provision of advice, support and assistance to candidates coming to work in Ireland - at all stages of the process, arranging flights, accommodation, Meet and Greet.
