MANAGEMENT/COMPANY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME:

6-12 MONTHS

The general aim of the programme is to apply various theories in Management, Psychology and Coaching:

 

  • A Behavioural Approach: Increase personal and professional effectiveness.
  • Enhancing self-confidence - self-awareness and a positive self-image.
  • A Cognitive Approach: Focused attention and self-monitoring performance, individual skills and flexible thinking.  Creativity, brainstorming and effective decision-making. 
  • Self and team coaching: How to use coaching tools in order to achieve high standards for both individuals (self-coaching) and groups (coaching one’s team).
  • Teamwork, reaching mutual understanding, effective leadership and motivation. 
  • Cultivating emotional intelligence, positive thinking and effective communication (positive psychology).
  • Understand modern approaches to management and staying close to customer’s needs.
  • Increasing efficiency, high performance and productivity.  
  • Taking initiative and responsibility.
  • Meetings and brainstorming.
  • Managing stress, anxiety and burn out. Reduction in job worry and tension.
  • Increased physiological stability during task performance.
  • Job satisfaction and contentment.
  • Harmonious and positive interaction between the employees and the company.
  • Achieving shared goals and values in accordance to the individual’s personal vision and that of the company’s.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE:
Section A

  • A meeting with each company’s representative to assess the needs and requirements.
  • Private and Confidential one-to-one coaching with the group(s) in question (One hour and thirty minutes per session).
  • Tailor the workshops to fit the participants’/managers’ needs.
 

Section B

  • Proceed with a full programme: (6-12 months - contingent upon group’s requirements)
  • One workshop per week (actual number of weeks will depend on needs)
  • A 15-minute private coaching session allocated for each participant before or after the workshop to reinforce the information given during the workshop, and as a follow-up on each individual’s progress).
  • Continuous assessments on progress.

 

Section C

At the end of the programme:

  • One-to-one coaching is again provided (one hour and a half) to assess the final stage of each participant.  At the end of the session the manager/participant’s progress is discussed, and will be provide with recommendations for future action.
  • A full report can be provided to the company on how the programme was implemented along with recommendations for individual businesses. (This is optional)

 

Section D – optional

Executive Coaching:

One-to-one executive coaching can take place at the end of the programme (after having worked with the managers in groups – see above).  This approach can be beneficial for senior executives, and will give them a clear insight in terms of future planning (internal and external – cultural coaching).
