    • Designing Disciplinary and Grievance Policies and Procedures for Small Businesses.
    • Disciplinary Issues – Rules and Sources, Disciplinary Incidents - including Gross Misconduct, Disciplinary Management Good practice, Hearings, Documentation and Administration.
    • Grievance Issues – About Grievances & Examples, Written procedures and Operating them effectively.  Adverse affects of handling them poorly.
    • Difficulties and challenges for Small Businesses.
    • Overlapping of Disciplinary with Grievance Procedures.
