WORKSHOP 3 (2.5 hours) DELEGATION . Workshop Content: .   What is delegation and practical self-assessment   (Do I work well in teams?)   Team Work and Delegation How and when to delegate . Conclusion Discussion and Practical Exercises on the three topics .
